Centralia has adopted the principal that in the conduct of its business and training in Wales it will respect both English and Welsh language on the basis of equality.

Centralia will ensure that staff and learners will have the right to receive training materials and assessments in Welsh. All documentation and administrative procedures will be provided in English, unless otherwise requested, at which time "Agored Cymru will provide units, qualifications and supporting material that are written in English and where required in Welsh, Welsh will be used where there is an identified demand for the unit or qualification to be delivered and assessed in Welsh and where it can ensured that assessment and verification in Welsh and English are comparable".
